4 Data Retention Periods
345ph retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required or permitted by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account data and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or last transaction, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and Philippine AML obligations.
