1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 345ph ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://345ph.org and all related sub-domains, applications, and services (collectively, the "345ph Platform").

By accessing the 345ph Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 345ph, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 345ph Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the 345ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 345ph.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 345ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with the minimum age requirements established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for real-money gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law.

345ph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, residence, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games on the 345ph Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other details as we may request during the registration process.

Each individual may register and hold only one (1) account on the 345ph Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and pending bonuses associated with those accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

345ph will never request your password through any communication channel including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 345ph requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 345ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 345ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable limits at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your account tier and the payment method used.
• Deposits are credited to your 345ph wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 345ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking system maintenance windows.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, 345ph may require enhanced identity verification (KYC) documents in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Funds derived from active bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• 345ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the investigation of any suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

345ph offers various promotional incentives to players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PHP to your 345ph bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn as real cash.
• Standard wagering requirement across 345ph promotions is 30× the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Only eligible game types contribute to wagering requirements at rates specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 345ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where the promotion is being abused or where technical errors have affected its operation.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, using prohibited betting patterns, or exploiting loopholes — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of derived winnings, and potential permanent account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules and Disconnections

The rules applicable to each game on the 345ph Platform are displayed within the game interface and constitute the specific terms for that game. In the event of any conflict between general Platform Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game only.

For live dealer games, the ruling of the 345ph live dealer and the outcome recorded by the live table system is final. In the event of a genuine technical failure during a live game round — such as a dealer error confirmed by studio supervision, or a technical malfunction that interrupts the game before completion — the round will be voided and stakes returned to participating players.

345ph is not liable for internet connectivity failures, mobile network interruptions, or device-side issues that cause a player to lose connection during a game session. Where a bet has been placed and accepted by the server prior to disconnection, the bet stands and the outcome will be recorded as normal. Players are encouraged to maintain a stable connection before placing bets, particularly for live casino games.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 345ph Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point while using the 345ph Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting any third party in doing so for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other electronic aid that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game logic for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play with other players designed to manipulate outcomes at live casino tables or poker rooms.
• Using the 345ph Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in violation of Philippine law including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Accessing the 345ph Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or using VPN, proxy, or similar technologies to obscure your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, 345ph staff, or live dealers through any communication channel on the Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 345ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, game artwork, audio files, video streams, interface designs, and software code — is the property of 345ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 345ph Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any software on the Platform.
• Use 345ph branding, trademarks, or game assets for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 345ph's intellectual property may result in legal action for damages and/or injunctive relief.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 345ph, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 345ph Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits or gaming winnings due to technical failures, platform downtime, or game malfunctions beyond the control of 345ph.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or Philippine banking institutions.
• Any indirect economic loss arising from reliance on information presented on the 345ph Platform.

345ph's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's 345ph wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 345ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

345ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of all players on the Platform. We comply with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and provide the following tools and safeguards to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days after the request is made.
• Session Time Reminders: Optional notifications that alert players when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed or reactivated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the 345ph Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of one (1) year. Attempting to create new accounts during an active self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

345ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other 345ph policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to maintain a positive wallet balance for an extended period.
• Receipt of a complaint or instruction from a regulatory authority, court, or law enforcement agency.
• Extended account inactivity as defined in section 13 below.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonus funds and pending withdrawals under investigation) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 345ph support at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 345ph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and 345ph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI) in the City of Manila, Philippines. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall preclude either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where such relief is urgently necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

13 Amendments to These Terms

345ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted on the 345ph website, an in-platform notification upon your next login, or an SMS message to your registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the 345ph Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 345ph support.

The date at the top of this page ("Effective Date") reflects when the current version of these Terms came into force. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon written request to the 345ph support team.
